Located just north of Downtown Dallas, the Park Lane Fountain offers locals a lighthearted experience at this hip and sophisticated complex. Originally serving to bridge the space between a parking structure and the main shopping areas, the fountain has now also become a destination for entertainment.

WET’s Park Lane Fountain is a clever design placed in the center of a wide corridor of steps at this mixed-use development. Spanning three levels, the fountain features a trio of rectangular cascading slopes separated by landings that allow guests to daringly run across unpredictable surges of water. A path of quick-firing water jets runs down the middle of the feature and concludes with circles at the top and bottom levels. Playful bursts of water reach heights up to 12 feet and create jellyfish-like formations before dropping back to the ground in rhythmic slapping sequences. Guests delight in the cat-and-mouse chase of the water as it mischievously darts up and down the length of the corridor.
