Professional Offices Park (POP) is a business campus situated within an intersection of three highways. The campus contains two WET features. One feature is located in the exterior atrium of POP Building #5, and consists of two sloped walls covered with cascading water. The walls face each other from opposite sides of the lobby, and are programmed to release water waves in tandem. Their corrugated, black granite finish creates a shimmering, mirrored effect when waves flow over them. Pools located at the base of each wall reflect the light from the water displays above.

A gift to the City of San Juan from Sr. Enrique Villa del Corral, the second feature is located within the major freeway interchange adjacent to the POP building. The feature’s form is an elliptical, elevated pool, composed of stone aggregate, and contains a configuration of thirty-six programmed water columns. These powerful jets shoot water skyward to heights exceeding 120 feet. They are individually programmed to provide an endless variety of coordinated, powerful displays. Each water jet is also complemented in the evening by brilliant white lights.
