Le Rêve –The Dream is a whimsical fairytale set within a unique Aqua Theatre at Wynn Las Vegas and originally created by Franco Dragone, known for his work with Cirque du Soleil and Celine Dion. Considered one of the most captivating shows on The Strip, Le Rêve – The Dream enchants audiences with its jaw-dropping acrobatics and fantastical reverie, which present a dynamic relationship between strength and beauty.

For the first time in its 9-year run, the production invited a partner to collaborate on its magical show with the addition of new technologies and experiences with water, fire, and light. WET brought a completely new dimension to the already striking liquid performances.

At the domed theater’s core, the segment featuring WET’s expressions begins with subtle movements upon the water, which mimic small creatures awakening from a deep slumber. The movements quickly evolve as billowing arches and shifting fans of water appear and grow with both finesse and ferocity. At times, this circus of varying water expressions combines with tall pivoting sheets of choreographed rain to create a glorious contrast; like a thunderstorm in warm weather, a natural phenomenon surprisingly experienced from a theater’s seat. The heroine’s dreams are artfully projected upon this mythical thunderstorm as her fantasies morph in lush, vivid-colors expressed with water, fire, and light. WET’s experiential additions to the show climax when she is led into a liquid labyrinth set ablaze with fire and mystifyingly dances through this unimaginable creation of water+fire. Whether they’re emitting mysteriously from the stage’s pools or catapulting in upon some whimsical device, Le Rêve – The Dream’s chorus of famously trained performers move melodically through pulsing water pillars, at times framed by liquid chandeliers encapsulating dancing balls of fire.
